摘 要:为评价含斑茅血缘甘蔗亲本的遗传特点和组合的选配效果,采用澳大利亚家系试验法,借助R软件对25个家系F1群体的株高、茎径、有效茎、蔗茎产量、锤度等5个主要数量性状进行遗传变异、遗传方差及经济育种值(EBV)分析。结果表明:株高、茎径和锤度受父母本加性基因效应和非加性基因效应所制约,蔗茎产量和有效茎受母本加性基因效应和非加性基因效应所制约。10个母本经济育种值变幅为-1 724.93~908.78元,有5个母本经济育种值为正值;9个父本经济育种值变幅为-167.33~243.86元,有4个父本经济育种值为正值;25个家系经济育种值变幅为-1 749.43~1 474.77元,有14个家系经济育种值为正值。10个母本中,崖城11-31、崖城07-71和崖城06-140可作为生产性母本;9个父本中,崖城05-164和崖城07-20可作为生产性父本。25个家系中,桂糖02-761×崖城05-164、德蔗93-88×崖城06-61、崖城11-31×ROC22、崖城07-71×Ho CP02-623和崖城12-8×K86-110等5个家系可作为生产性家系,该批组合易选育出高经济效益的新品种,建议加大力度使用。In this paper, the Australian family test method was used to evaluate the genetic characteristics of sugarcane with consanguinity of E. arundinaceus and the effect of crosses selection. The plant height, stalk diameter, millable stalks, cane yield and brix in 25 F1 groups were studied by R sofeware, the analysis of genetic variation, genetic variance and economic breeding value( EBV) was conducted. The results suggested that plant height, stalk diameter and brix were determined by the additive gene effect of female parents and non-additive gene effect, and cane yield and millable stalks were determined by the additive gene effect of female parents. The EBVs of 10 female parents were from-1724.3 RMB to 908.78 RMB, and 5 of them were above zero. The EBVs of 9 male parents were from-167.33 RMB to 243, 86 RMB, and 4 of them were above zero. The EBVs of 25 families were from-1749.43 RMB to 1474.77 RMB, and 14 of them were above zero. Among the 10 female parents, Yacheng 11-31, Yacheng 07-71, Yacheng 06-140 were recommended to be used in commercial crossing.Among the 9 male parents, Yacheng 05-164 and Yacheng 07-20 were recommended to be used in commercial crossing. Among the 25 families, the cross combinations Guitang 02-761 × Yacheng 05-164, Dezhe 93-88 ×Yacheng 06-61, Yacheng 11-31 × ROC22, Yacheng 07-71 × Ho CP 02-623 and Yacheng 12-8 × K86-110 could be used widely in sugarcane breeding.
