摘 要:将质量比为100∶15的高铝青铜粉体与Ni60自熔性合金粉体充分混合后,通过氧乙炔火焰喷涂技术在45钢表面制备了高铝青铜-Ni60复合涂层,并与纯高铝青铜涂层进行比较。用金相显微照片、背散射电子成像、X射线衍射和能谱对涂层的组织形貌、物相、成分及其分布进行了分析;用维氏硬度计和摩擦仪考察了涂层的显微硬度及耐磨性。结果表明,得益于Ni60熔化放出的热量,复合高铝青铜涂层中的未熔颗粒减少。涂层新增了许多硬化相,显微硬度和耐磨性均得到提高。A high-aluminum bronze-Ni60 composite coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel through oxygen- acetylene flame spraying using the mixture of high-aluminum bronze powder and Ni60 self-melting alloy powder at a mass ratio of 100:15, and compared with the one prepared by pure high-aluminum bronze powder. The micromorphology as well as the composition and distribution of phases of the coatings were analyzed by metallography, back-scattered electron imaging, X-ray diffraction and energy-disperse spectroscopy. The microhardness and wear resistance of the coatings were examined by Vickers hardness tester and tribometer. The results showed that the number of unmolten particle in the composite coating is reduced due to the heat released by the melting of Ni60. Some new hardening phases are formed, improving the microhardness and wear resistance of coating.
