摘　　要：本文介绍了连铸结晶器振动技术以及液压振动装置的特点,改造后的KP700和PLC相结合的智能控制系统能够根据连铸工艺要求改变振动波形并可在线调整振动参数,从而有效地改善控制精度,提高连铸自动化水平。This paper introduces the continuous casting crystallizer vibration technology, and the characteristics of the hydraulic vibration equipment, modified KP700 and PLC intelligent control system can according to the continuous casting technological requirements change vibration waveform and vibration parameters can be adjusted online, effectively improve the control precision, improve the level of continuous casting automation.
