摘　　要：在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中,学术治理的价值理念、主体关系、行为规制、目标追求等正面临着深刻的伦理转向与重构。高校学术治理的伦理架构包含精神伦理、权力伦理、责任伦理和制度伦理。高校学术治理必须张扬学术自由,必须建立基于专业自治的学术权力平衡机制,必须践行以实现社会公共利益为使命的学术研究责任,必须追求一种和谐有序的秩序格局。Along with the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, the value i- dea, subjects relationship, code of conduct and goal pursuit of the academic governance are facing deeper ethi- cal turn and reconstruction. The ethical framework incorporates spiritual ethics, power ethics, responsibility eth- ics and institutional ethics. The academic governance in higher education should enhance academic freedom, should establish academic power balance mechanism based on the specialty autonomy, should practice academic duties to realize the public benefits and should seek a harmonious order pattern.
