探究高粱代替玉米在家禽日粮中的应用进展及前景

摘　　要：高粱作为世界主要能量饲料在国内家禽饲粮中应用受限,本文针对高粱的抗营养因子阐述几种提高高粱饲喂价值的方法,对近些年部分或全部高粱代替玉米饲喂肉鸡、蛋鸡、蛋鸭、鹅的试验效果分析总结,用单宁含量低的高粱可以部分或者完全替代玉米应用在家禽饲料中,没有负面影响。高粱的营养价值受品种、产地等影响较大,应根据高粱单宁含量在实际生产中合理使用。Sorghum is the world＇s main energy feed rarely used in the feed of poultry in China.This article mainly offer several methods to raise the value of feeding in allusion to anti-nutritional factors of sorghum. Summarize and analysis the experimental results of laying hen, laying ducks, geese by sorghum partly or totally instead of corn in recent years. The conclusions is that low tannin sorghum could partly or totally supersede corn in the feed of poultry without negative effect. The nutritive value of sorghum differ significantly between different varieties and place of productions, also affected by environmental factors. Intelligent use of sorghum is to note in practical production on the basis of the content of tannin.
