摘 要:针对我国"三北地区"风热冲突问题,建立了考虑热-电联合机组多时间尺度调峰能力的优化调度模型。模型在已有理论基础上严格定义了纯凝机组在不同工况下可达到的上下旋转备用容量限值,充分发挥了纯凝机组的可调节灵活性;同时,在供热机组侧加装储热装置,扩大供热机组电热负荷调节范围,充分发挥了供热机组的可调度灵活性。所建模型能够利用纯凝机组与供热机组在时间尺度上的不同特性在一定程度上提高电网对风电消纳水平,通过求解实际算例验证了模型的有效性。In view of the wind-heat conflict in the grids of northeast China, north China and northwest China, an opti- mal scheduling model with the multi-time scale peaking capacity of heat-electricity of the combined units taken into ac- count was constructed. Based on the existing theory, the model strictly defined the limit value of spinning reserve ca- pacity of pure condensing units under different operation conditions, and moreover, it makes best of the adjustable flex- ibility of pure condensing units. Meanwhile, the heat storage device on the side of the heat supplying units was intro- duced. The analysis results show that the regulation range of generation load and heat load in heat supply units was en- larged and the scheduling flexibility of heat supplying units was fully utilized. The model can improve the capacity of wind power grid integration by using the different characteristics of pure condensing unit and heat supplying units on the time scale. Finally, the validity of the model was proved by a practical example.
