摘　　要：在综合分析、调研的基础上,总结归纳了目前核安全设备的招投标现状及存在问题,分析了低价中标的原因,指出了不合理低价中标的影响和危害,并从招标方、核设备持证单位、核电主管部门、核安全监管部门等四个方面提出了防止不合理低价中标的建议。Based on the comprehensive analysis and research,this paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of nuclear safety equipment bidding,analyzes the causes and points out the influence and harm of unreasonable low price bid w inning,put forw ard four proposals involve purchaser,nuclear equipment licensee,the competent department of nuclear pow er,the nuclear safety regulatory authority to prevent unreasonable low price bid w inning.
