摘　　要：随着全民阅读活动的全面开展,医院图书馆针对患者及其家属开展阅读推广活动极具必要性,对患者身心的全面康复具有极其重要的作用,在帮助患者疏通心理积郁、解决心理困惑、预防心理疾病等方面有其独特疗效。文章主要阐述了医院图书馆针对患者及家属开展阅读推广活动时,在馆舍环境、文献资源、工作人员及患者本身等方面所面临的困难及应对措施,并提出建立阅读推广服务的组织机构和运行机制、确定阅读书目的选择标准、制定阅读方案、建立多媒体阅读途径等发展模式。With the comprehensive development of the national reading, the reading promotion activities of hospital libraries for patients and their families are of great necessity, which has great importance to comprehensive physical and mental rehabilitation of patients. Reading promotion activities have unique efficacy for helping patients clear the psychological plot, solving psychological confusion, and preventing mental illness. This article mainly expounded that hospital libraries carried out reading promotion activities for patients and their families, at the same time, the problems and countermeasures of library environment, literature resources, personnel, and patients faced by hospital libraries. It also proposed other development modes, such as the establishing organization and operation mechanism of reading and promotion services, determining the reading bibliographic selection criteria, designing reading programs, and establishing multimedia reading channels.
