摘　　要：在煤炭开发战略西移政策推动下,西部地区煤炭产能及产量快速增长,对水资源和地表生态破坏成为煤炭开发面临的主要环境问题。通过梳理西部地区煤炭开发现状及趋势,分析了煤炭高强度开发利用带来的生态环境风险,提出了西部煤炭开发环境保护的对策建议。With the promotion of the coal development strategy, the coal production capacity and output in western regions are increasing rapidly, and the destruction of water resources and surface ecology has become the main environmental problem. This paper reviews the current situations and trend of coal development in western regions, analyzes the ecological environment risks of high-intensity development and utilization of coal, and put forward some suggestions on promoting the environmental protection in western regions of China.
