摘　　要：西晋时期,在今新乡市卫辉(原汲县)发现了汲冢遗址,当时的学者们根据在此所出土的竹简整理出被称为"汲冢书"的《竹书纪年》等系列文献。《竹书纪年》幸免于秦始皇焚书坑儒的劫难,所保存的文献资料真实客观,对我国夏商周断代工程包括牧野大战等中国历史文化的研究尤具重要文献价值。在分析汲冢书出土、整理及内容的基础上,论述了汲冢书的文史价值,并对当下如何开发利用好这一宝贵资源,提出了见解。In the Western Jin Dynasty, Ji Tomb Ruins was discovered in Weihui city（ formerly Jixian）under the ju- risdiction of Xinxiang City. According to the unearthed bamboo slips, Scholars at that time sorted out＇ Bamboo An- nals＇ , the series of literature which was called ＂Ji Zhong books＂. Bamboo Annals escaped the disaster burning books and buried the scholar alive by Qin Shihuang, the first Emperor of Qin Dynasty（259 -210 B. C. ）After the disaster, it was fortunated that the documents and the literature data which preserved by the Bamboo Annals was real and objective. Its particularly important in the study of Chinese history and culture including Xia Shang Zhou chro- nology project and the Battle of Muye etc. The purpose of this paper is trying to clean up the shelter of the facts on the web of history to help the world come to understand the importance of the Ji Zhong book in China cultural histo- ry. How to develop and make good use of this valuable cultural resource, the paper put forward its own opinion of their own in addition.
