摘　　要：1963―1966年间,贵州省图书馆请准使用社会劳动力,有计划、分阶段大规模收集、校勘、刻写、油印本馆缺藏地方志书七十余种。每部印数数十至数百部不等,除本馆收藏外并对外销售。该项事业虽然因为"文革"发生而中断,但所搜集志书仅数种未及刊刻。该项事业不但对实现地方志书馆藏的完整有决定性意义,对贵州地方文献抢救、保护贡献也是巨大的。贵州省图书馆人积极主动、敢于创新的精神对图书馆事业发展也有借鉴意义。结合档案史料,初步梳理清楚其背景、过程、所得成果及销售库存情况等,并对其突出特点和历史价值作了初步评估。From 1963 to 1966, Guizhou Provincial Library approved the used of social labor to collect, carve and write 70 kinds of local chronicles which the local museum have in a large acale and a planned way. Each set reached tens or hundreds copies. This project not only had the decisive significance to realize the complete collection of local records, but rescued and protected Guizhou local literature. In this paper, the historical background, process, achievements, sales and inventory of the archives are preliminarily reviewed, and their outstanding characteristics and historical value are preliminarily evaluated.
