摘 要:目的建立舒脊片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对舒脊片中的的白芍、宽筋藤、鸡血藤、桑寄生、独活进行定性鉴别,以高效液相色谱法对其主药白芍中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果舒脊片的白芍、宽筋藤、鸡血藤、桑寄生、独活薄层色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。芍药苷进样量在0.00506~0.162mg·m L^(-1)范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9996)。平均加样回收率为101.2%(RSD=1.2%)。结论本方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可用于舒脊片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standrard for Shuji Pills. METHODS Thin-Layer chroma- tography ( TLC ) was employed to make qualitative determination of Paeoniae Radix Alba, Tinosporae Sinensis Caulis, Spatholobi Caulis,Taxilli Herba, Angelicae Pubescentis Radix. High performance Liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba in Shuji Pills. RESULTS The chromato- grams of Paeoniae Radix Alba, Tinosporae Sinensis Caulis, Spatholobi Caulis, Taxilli Herba, Angelicae Pubescentis Radix obtained through TLC presented the spots of the same colors with those in the corresponding places in the chro- matograms of the controls. Paeoniflorin was linear with peak area score when its sample size was within the range of 0. 00506 - 0. 162mg·mL^-1( r = 0. 9996), the average recovery was 101.2% ( RSD = 1.2% ). CONCLUSION These method is simple, reliable and accurate, and can be applied as the quality control method of Shuji Pills.
