中药穴位敷贴治疗对呼吸道感染患儿免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中药穴位敷贴在呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果。方法从我院2014年7月~2016年1月收治的呼吸道感染患儿中抽选实施转移因子口服液疗法的43例作为对照组,实施中药穴位敷贴疗法的43例作为观察组,统计疾病的治疗结果。结果观察组、对照组患儿疾病治疗后的好转率分别为95.3%、76.7%,组间存在统计上的差异,P<0.05;观察组、对照组患儿疾病治疗后的Ig A、Ig G水平明显变化,且组间统计存在差异,P<0.05。结论临床给予呼吸道感染患儿中药穴位敷贴疗法作用突出,可提高患儿免疫力,预防病症复发,值得借鉴。OBJECTIVE To analyze the application effect of Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medi- cine in children with respiratory tract infection. METHODS From the implementation of transfer factor oral liquid therapy in 43 cases as control group were selected in our hospital in July 2012-2016 year in January were respiratory tract infection, the implementation of Acupoint Application in 43 cases as the observation group, the treatment results of disease. RESULTS The observation group and the control group after treatment in children with disease improvement rates were 95.3% and 76. 7% ,there are differences in statistics between group P 〈0. 05 ;observation group and control group after treatment in children with IgA and IgG levels change significantly, and statistical differences between groups,P 〈 0. 05. CONCLUSION The clinical application of acupoint sticking therapy in children with respiratory tract infection is prominent, which can improve the immune system and prevent the recurrence of the disease.
