重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入治疗对小儿支气管炎症状改善率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入治疗对小儿支气管炎症状改善率的影响。方法随机选取2015年1月~2016年6月于我院就诊的支气管患儿126例,按照治疗方式的不同,采用数字随机法,均分为观察组(n=63)与对照组(n=63),对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上给予重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入治疗,对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),症状改善率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的发热、啰音、喘憋、咳嗽消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率对比差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入治疗能够显著改善支气管炎患儿的临床症状,且不良反应发生率较低,临床治疗效果良好,具有推广使用价值。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of recombinant human interferon alpha lb inhalation therapy on the improvement of bronchitis symptoms in children. METHODS 126 cases with children were randomly selected in January 2015 - 2016 year in June in our hospital, according to different treatment methods,were randomly,divided into observation group （ n = 63 ） and control group （ n = 63 ）, the control group were given routine treatment, were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 1 b inhalation therapy group based based on the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. RESULTS The clinical curative effect of observation group were significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, symptom improvement rate was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; observation group of children with fever, rales, wheezing, cough disappeared time was significantly shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared no significant difference, no sta- tistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION The group of interferon alpha 1 b inhalation therapy can signifi- cantly improve the clinical symptoms of bronchial children, and the incidence Of adverse reactions is low, clinical treatment effect is good, with promotion value.
