36例中药注射剂新的药物不良反应/事件报告分析

摘　　要：目的了解中药注射剂发生新的药品不良反应的品种及发生的相关因素。方法对我院2012年1月~2016年12月中药注射剂出现的新的药物不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果 109例中药注射剂不良反应报告中,新的中药注射剂不良反应报告为36例,分别是注射用血塞通、注射用血栓通、注射用红花黄色素、参麦注射液、注射用丹参、喜炎平注射液、血必净注射液、黄芪注射液、参芪扶正注射液。结论临床应重视合理用药,预防和减少药物引起的不良反应。OBJECTIVE To understand the variety of adverse drug reactions and the related factors of the occurrence of new drug adverse reactions in traditional Chinese medicine injection. METHODS A retrospec- tive analysis was made on the new drug adverse reac- tions of Chinese medicine injections in January 2012 - 2016 December. RESULTS In the adverse drug reaction reports of 109 cases of traditional Chinese medicine injections,the number of new traditional Chinesemedicine injection adverse reaction reports were 36 cases, with Xuesaitong injection, Xueshuantong injection, injection of safflower yellow pigment, Shenmai injection, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Xiyanping injection, Xuebijing injection, Huangqi injection, Shenqifuzheng Injection. CONCLUSION We should pay more attention to rational use of drugs, prevent and reduce theadverse drug reactions induced by drugs.
