口服药品自动摆药机的应用分析与探索

摘　　要：目的分析口服药品自动摆药机在我院的实际应用,分享优势,提出新问题,探索新思路,对于亟需解决,在现有条件下难以操作和实现的问题希望引起业界重视。旨在为自动摆药机的广泛推广提供参考。方法对比分析传统手工摆药与自动化摆药的工作时间,人力资源,差错事故等;分析并提出摆药机使用带来的新问题与思考。结果平均住院患者为1200人时,口服药品实现自动化摆药后,摆药效率提高了3倍多,每天节约13.5个劳动力,人为差错约3个每月。单剂量摆药自动化显示出绝对优势,值得推广;同时医药生产企业需结合单剂量摆药提供更加安全、方便应用的药品包装单位,摆药机生产研发等部门需持续改善摆药机性能,降低生产成本,利于广泛应用。结论口服药品单剂量摆药实现自动化,提供高效服务保障安全用药,不断推进药房自动化的同时,积极寻找解决新问题的方案,持续改善药事服务质量。OBJECTIVE To analyze the practical application of oral medicine automatic dispensing machine in our hospital, share the advantages, put forward new problems, explore new ideas, and solve the problems that need to be solved. Aims to provide a reference for the wide spread of automatic dispensing machine. METHODS Compari- son and analysis of the working time, human resources, error, etc. , and the new problems and thinking about the use of the dispensing machine were analyzed. RESULTS The average hospitalized patients for 1200 people, after the o- ral administration of drugs to achieve automatic dispensing, the efficiency of drug delivery increased by more than 3 times, saving 13.5 labor, human error of about 3 per month. The single dose dispensing automation showed an abso- lute advantage,it wss worth promoting, while pharmaceutical production enterprises needed to combine single dose dispensing to provide more safe and convenient application of the medicine packaging unit, dispensing machine production and research and development departments need to continue to improve the dispensing machine performance, reduce the production cost, and benefit from a wide range of applications. CONCLUSION Oral drug single dose dispensing automation, provide efficient service to ensure safety of drug use, constantly promote pharmacy automation, actively looking for the scheme to solve new problems, continuously improve the quality of pharmaceutical service.
