桂枝茯苓胶囊联合活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年6月~2016年10月本院收治的子宫肌瘤患者84例,分成实验组和对照组,每组42例,对照组单独使用桂枝茯苓胶囊进行治疗,实验组在此基础上联合活血化瘀法进行治疗,对患者进行3个月的跟踪回访,对2组患者临床治疗效果进行对比和分析。结果实验组治疗总有效率为97.6%明显优于对照组的76.1%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;通过对2组患者单一症状改变发现,实验组经期延长的改善率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;实验组贫血、阴道出血、腰腹胀痛、痛经、月经过多的改善率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后子宫肌瘤平均体积明显小于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤效果明显,不良反应较小,可在临床应用和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with activating blood circulation to remove stasis to treat uterine fibroids. Methods 84 patients with uterine fibroids from June 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule,and the experimental group was treated with blood activating and Stasis Removing Therapy on this basis of treatment. The patients were followed up for three months,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97. 6%,which was significantly better than the control group（ 76. 1%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; through the change of single symptom in two groups,it was found that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group; The improvement rate of anemia,vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,dysmenorrhea,menorrhagia in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）; The average volume of uterine fibroids in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy has obvious effect and less adverse reaction. It can be used and popularized in clinic.
