摘　　要：在当前严峻的环保治理形势下，塑料软包装行业只有通过转型升级才能求得生存。转型升级的重点在于技术升级和管理升级。本文详细介绍了塑料软包装行业的发展现状，以及多种节能减排降耗的绿色化技术。In the current serious environmental management situation, the plastic flexible packaging industry can only survive through the transformation and upgrading. The focus of the transformation and upgrading is on technology upgrades and management upgrades. This paper describes in detail the development situation of plastic flexible packaging industry, as well as a variety of energy-saving emission reduction green technology.
