摘　　要：为充分回收八钢欧冶炉(COREX)竖炉顶煤气的物理热及压力能,提高TRT发电水平,在罗泾1~#COREX炉搬迁八钢项目中,对八钢欧冶炉(COREX)顶煤气除尘系统进行了改造。结果表明,顶煤气除尘系统由湿法除尘改造为重力除尘器和布袋除尘器的干法除尘后,TRT发电量得到显著提高;喷雾冷却装置的使用,在一定程度上解决了高温煤气进行干法除尘的技术难题。In order to recover the top gas physical heat and pressure,as well as to improve the TRT power level,in the relocation project of 1-#COREX furnace in Luojing to Bayi Steel,the top gas dust removal system of Bayi Steel was improved. Results show that after the top gas dust removal system using dry dedusting composing of dust gravity collector and bag-type dust collector transformed by wet dedusting,TRT generating capacity is significantly improved,and the use of the spray cooling device solved the technical problems on dry dedusting at high temperature in a certain extent.
