大数据时代的全员主动参与式大学生网络思政工作——以贵州警院学员管理四支队网络思政阵地建设为例

摘　　要：全员主动参与式大学生网络思政工作以"勿以善小而不为,正能量聚沙成塔"为基本理念,坚守"全员参与"和"不放弃不抛弃"两个承诺,整合网站、电子刊物和微平台三块宣传阵地,依靠新理念新技术挖掘潜力、提升战斗力,实现了"零经费"开展工作,在重大警务行动中通过了实战的考验,取得了显著的成绩,是一种立足现有资源、坚持群众路线、具有可持续性和可推广性的网络思政工作方法。College students＇ ideological and political work has its basic conception：＂no act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted＂and ＂positive energy can make a mickle.＂The work sticks to two commitments ＂total involvement＂and＂do not abandon, do not give up＂. By integrating website, electrical journal and Wechat platform, tapping the potentialities, increasing combat effectiveness, it has carried out the ＂zero budgets＂ work depending on this new idea and new technology. Someremarkable results have been achieved in the practice of important police affairs. All in one word, it will be a sustainable and scalable ideological and political work in colleges.
