摘　　要：随着各种互联网平台及各种互联网支付手段的兴起,网络贿赂成为新的贿赂手法,其表现出更加隐秘性、不易察觉性、不易查证性等特点。如何有效打击、预防此类犯罪也成为防腐工作的关键。大数据的应用领域不断推广,利用大数据中的各种数据分析碰撞,寻求证据,从而侦破案件,成为应对此类案件的重要方法。With the rising of various internet platforms and a variety of internet payment, the network has become a new way of bribery, more secretive showing, not easily detected, not easy to check and so on. It is gradually replacing the traditional pattern of person to person and person to card.How to effectively combat and prevent this kind of crime has become a key anticorrosion work. Big data applications continue to spread; using a variety of data in the data analysis of the collision, so as to seek evidence to solve the case has become an important method for dealing with the cases.
