摘　　要：普外科围术期患者多存在营养风险,有效的营养风险筛查有助于为患者制订营养支持计划,合理的营养支持可有效改善患者的营养状况,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,更好地促进患者恢复,使患者获益.本文就普外科围术期患者营养风险发生现状、营养支持方式及效果进行综述,以期为普外科围术期营养风险患者的营养支持治疗提供借鉴和指导.Most of general surgical patients in perioperative period have nutritional risk. An appropriate nutritional risk screening may contribute to developing a nutritional support plan. Reasonable perioperative nutritional support can improve nutritional status, reduce complications, shorten hospitalization time and promote recovery of patients, and so that patients can be benefitted from this treatment. This paper will review the present situation of nutritional risk, and the methods and effects of nutritional support for patients in perioperative period, and so as to provide reference and guide for nutritional support.
