摘 要:目的 探讨优势内容递增健康教育法对脑卒中患者的影响.方法 应用随机数字表法将2015年1—12月入院的363例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予脑卒中常规健康教育,观察组实施优势内容递增健康教育法,比较两组患者在脑卒中危险因素知晓率、服药依从性、肢体康复依从性方面的差异.结果 观察组患者脑卒中危险因素知晓情况为(8.95±0.30)分,高于对照组的(5.05±0.40)分;服药依从性为(9.35±0.35)分,高于对照组的(6.45±0.40)分;肢体康复依从性为(9.05±0.30)分,高于对照组的(5.70±0.45)分;两组相比差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为79.20、58.89、68.03;P〈0.01).结论 优势内容递增法健康教育可以提高脑卒中患者对疾病危险因素的认知程度、服药依从性和生活自理能力.Objective To explore the effects of increasing inspiring contents on health education in stroke patients.Methods According to a random number table, 363 stroke patients who were hospitalized in 2015 were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. The control group received conventional health education while the experimental group received the education with increasing inspiring contents. To compare patients' awareness of the risk factors for stroke and the compliance of medication and rehabilitation between the two groups.Results Patients in the experimental group had a significantly higher awareness of risk factors and compliance compared with patients in the control group [(8.95±0.30) vs (5.05±0.40) for the awareness of risk factors; (9.35±0.35) vs (6.45±0.40) for medication compliance; (9.05±0.30) vs (5.70±0.45) for rehabilitation compliance](t=79.20,58.89,68.03;P〈0.01). Conclusions Health education with increasing inspiring contents can effectively improve the awareness of disease and compliance of medication and rehabilitation in stroke patients.
