摘 要:目的 构建初中级养老护理员规范化职业培训模式.方法 2014年1月通过查阅文献和访谈,构建初中级养老护理员规范化职业培训模式的初步框架,选取护理教育、临床护理、养老行业等15名专家,进行Delphi法专家咨询,咨询结果应用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析.结果 2轮专家咨询的积极性系数分别为0.88和1.00,整体平均权威系数为0.86.经过2轮咨询,得出初中级养老护理员规范化职业培训模式的课程模块6项,包括职业道德、基础知识、生活照料、基础护理、康复护理和心理护理;课程安排内容18项.结论 本研究专家积极性高、代表性强、整体权威系数高;采用Delphi法构建的培训模式具有适用性、可操作性和实践性等特点,可用于初中级养老护理员的规范化职业培训.Objective To establish a standardized vocational training model for primary and secondary nursing staff.Methods In January 2014, a preliminary framework of standardized vocational training model for primary and secondary nursing staff was established by literature reference and interview, with 15 experts in nursing education, clinical nursing and pension management consulted. The consultation results were then analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Results The positivity coefficient for the two rounds of consultation was 0.88 and 1.00, respectively, and the average authority score was 0.86. After the two rounds of consultation, totally 6 modules for the standardized vocational training model for primary and secondary nursing staff were found, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, life care, basic nursing, rehabilitation nursing and psychological nursing, in additional to 18 course contents.Conclusions The experts involved in the study are positive, typical and authoritative; the training model established with Delphi method is viable, workable and practical, serving the purpose of standardized vocational training for primary and secondary nursing staff.
