摘　　要：《傅青主女科》闪跌血崩的治疗主方是逐瘀止血汤。本文主要介绍逐瘀止血汤的方药组成及其方歌、功效、主治、方解、验案等。本方化瘀止血,主治瘀血所致的经血淋漓不断,色紫黑有血块,块下痛减,少腹疼痛拒按,舌质红或有瘀紫斑,脉沉涩或弦紧。The main prescription in the treatment of hemorrhage due to trauma is Zhuyu Zhixue decoction in Fu Qingzhu＇s Obstetrics and Gynecology. This paper mainly introduced the composition, syndromes, efficacy, indications, cases, etc. of Zhuyu Zhixue decoction. This prescription has the effect of removing stasis to stop bleeding. It mainly deals with blood stasis due to attending menstrual blood constantly, the color is purple black with blood clot, and has red tongue or stasis purpura, sunken pulse or tense.
