李鲜教授运用下气汤的经验总结

摘　　要：下气汤为清代黄元御所创,出自《四圣心源·气滞篇》,用药简单,选药精当,配伍严谨,简便验廉,专为肺胃气滞不降而设,能够健脾疏肝、清降肺胃、调和上下,李鲜教授将下气汤加减来治疗内科气机不畅的病症,临床中凡是符合该病机的病症均能够用此方加减治疗。李鲜教授运用下气汤加减治疗内科病症,临床疗效显著,现简要总结如下。Xiaqi decoction was created by Huang Yuanyu in the Qing Dynasty from the Sisheng Xinyuan.Qizhi. It has simple medication, drug selection and strict compatibility, simple test cost, is designed for lung qi stagnation, and has the effect of invigorating spleen and soothing liver, leafing and descending lung and stomache, regulating phlegm and purgation. Professor Li Xian used modified Xiaqi decoction in the treatment of internal medicine air machine sluggish disease. The clinical symptoms of the disease in all patients can use modified Xiaqi decoction. Professor Li Xian with modified Xiaqi decoction in the treatment of internal medicine has significantly clinical effect, which will be briefly summarized as follows.
