黄芪建中汤改善脾胃虚弱型恶性肿瘤患者生存质量20例

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪建中汤变方对脾胃虚弱型恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的影响。方法将40例脾胃虚弱型恶性肿瘤患者随机分成2组,治疗组20例在常规西药治疗基础上予以黄芪建中汤变方口服3周;对照组予以常规西药治疗。应用生命质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30中文版),分别于黄芪建中汤变方干预之前及干预之后对每一位患者进行生命质量评估。结果黄芪建中汤变方干预之后,治疗组与对照组在躯体功能、疲倦、恶心呕吐及食欲减退领域生命质量评分具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤变方能改善脾胃虚弱型晚期肿瘤患者生存质量。Objective To observe the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor of deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods 40 cases of patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 20 cases were given Huangqi Jianzhogn decoction as using the Western medicine, and 3 weeks as a course. 20 cases in the control group were given Western medicine. The EORTC QLQ-C30 （Chinese version） was used, respectively, before and after applying the Huangqi Jianzhogn decoction for three weeks to estimate the quality of life of every patient. Results After appling Huangqi Jianzhogn decoction for three weeks, the score in the field of physical functioning, fatigue, Nausea and vomiting and anorexia had significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor of deficiency of spleen and stomach.
