扶正化瘀胶囊联合西药治疗肝硬化伴脾功能亢进的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察对肝硬化伴脾功能亢进患者给予西药、扶正化瘀胶囊联合治疗的临床疗效。方法对2014年7月—2016年7月我院收治的120例肝硬化伴脾功能亢进患者,根据治疗方案将患者分为对照组、观察组,每组中各60例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予扶正化瘀胶囊。观察两组患者治疗效果、脾脏改变情况、血常规、肝纤维化指标变化情况。结果观察组总有效率、血常规各项指标水平明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肝纤维化指标、B超检查显示脾功能各项指标水平均低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化伴脾功能亢进患者给予西药、扶正化瘀胶囊联合治疗可以优化治疗效果,防止肝组织纤维化,改善血流动力学,对脾功能亢进有抑制作用,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with hypersplenism. Methods 120 cases of liver cirrhosis with hypersplenism patients treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan, and each group had 60 cases. The control group was given entecavir treatment, and the observation group was given Fuzheng Huayu capsule on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects, changes of spleen, blood routine and liver fibrosis indexes of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate and the blood levels of the indicators of the observation group wertr significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The liver fibrosis and the indices of spleen function by B ultrasound examination of the observation group were lower than those the control group, and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with hypersplenism can optimize the therapeutic effect, prevent liver fibrosis, improve hemodynamics, inhibit hypersPlenism, and is worthy of promotion.
