穴位敷贴对亚健康人群血液流变学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位敷贴对亚健康人群血液流变学指标的影响。方法:分别选取在佛山市南海区妇幼保健院进行健康体检的潜临床状态和前临床状态亚健康患者各50例,通过单纯随机的方法将研究对象分配到相应的观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组:穴位敷贴进行干预;对照组:不进行穴位敷贴。结果:观察组治疗后各指标水平均明显降低,经统计学处理,全血高切、低切黏度、全血高切还原黏度、低切还原黏度、血沉、红细胞压积、血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆表现黏度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对照组各项指标无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴能调节亚健康人体的脏腑气血功能,使机体阴阳平衡,从而改善亚健康状态,并提示对亚健康人群的血液流变学指标有调节作用。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application on blood rheology in population. Methods Fifty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the control group （n = 25）. The subjects were assigned to the corresponding observation group and control group by random random method. Test group： acupoint application to intervene; control group： no acupoints apply. Results The levels of all the indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The levels of high blood viscosity, erythrocyte deformation index, erythrocyte aggregation index was significantly different （P 〈0.05）; plasma viscosity was significantly different （P 〈0.05）. While the control group had no significant indexes （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application can regulate the sub-health of the body＇s organs and blood function, so that the body＇s yin and yang balance, thereby improving the sub-health status, and suggest that the sub-health population of hemorheology indicators have a regulatory role.
