摘　　要："双一流"建设是国家战略,探索"双一流"建设服务实践是高校图书馆的服务重点。武汉理工大学图书馆以ESI和专利文献服务为载体,以师生、科研人员以及学校决策职能部门为服务对象,开展面向决策需求和科学研究、兼顾信息素养和咨询的学科知识服务。其中嵌入科研和决策层的ESI学科和专利分析服务,支持和影响了学校的政策制定,助力了学校高水平论文的提升和成果转化的突破。以学科知识服务为基础自建的学科知识平台内含学校6个重点资助学科分平台、学术资源在线分平台和学术信息共享与管理分平台,实现了学科资源和学科服务的深度整合。＂Double first-class＂ construction of the universities is a national strategy. Exploring the best library service model for ＂double first-class＂ construction is the key work for the university libraries. Taking the Library of Wuhan University of Technology as an example, we state the practical service mode based on subject knowledge service. The mode satisfies teachers, researchers and school decision-making functional departments with subject knowledge service such as information literacy education, consulting, research support, policy decision-making support. The patent and literature analysis services embedded in the research and policy decision-mak＇ing are novel and deep, which affects the university policy-making and promotes the quantity and quality of high-level papers and transformed patents. Meantime, based on the subject knowledge service, the library builds a knowledge platform integrating the library resources and services, including the sub-platform of 6 key-support subject, the scholar resource sub-platform, and the scholar information share and management platform.
