摘　　要：文章从微信公众平台以及传统的实时虚拟参考咨询服务入手,对微信公众平台在图书馆实时虚拟参考咨询服务中的应用优势做了探讨,并进一步对广东地区本科院校图书馆利用微信公众平台进行实时虚拟参考咨询服务的概况进行了调查,最后针对微信公众平台在图书馆实时虚拟参考咨询服务中的应用需要注意的问题和未来发展方向做了探讨。This paper elaborated WeChat public platform and traditional real-time virtual reference service, demonstrated the application advantage of WeChat public platform in real-time virtual reference service of the library, and investigated the present application situation of WeChat public platform in real-time virtual reference services of the libraries of undergraduate colleges in Guangdong. Finally, a discussion was made on the problems existed in application of WeChat public platform in such service and its future development directions.
