右归胶囊联合十一酸睾酮治疗肾阳虚型PADAM性功能障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察右归胶囊联合小剂量十一酸睾酮对肾阳虚型中老年男性雄激素部分缺乏综合征(PADAM)患者性功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:收集纳入病例60例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组给予小剂量十一酸睾酮胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上加用右归胶囊,1个月为一疗程。观察治疗前后两组总有效率、PADAM症状评分(ISS评分)的性功能评分,测定血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平,并进行安全性评估。结果 :疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率83.33%,明显优于对照组的63.34%(P<0.05),并且ISS评分中性功能评分治疗组较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),同时血清T值较对照组明显上升(P<0.05),E2显著下降(P<0.05),未发生不良事件。结论 :右归胶囊联合小剂量睾酮能够有效改善肾阳虚型PADAM患者性功能障碍,促进性激素的改善,安全有效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yougui capsule combined with small dose of testosterone undecanoate on sexual dysfunction of kidney yang deficiency in patients with partial androgen deficiency in the aging male（PADAM）. Methods：There 60 cases randomly divided into the treatment group and control group ,with 30 cases in each group. In the control group and treatment group,patients were giv- en the small dose of testosterone undeeanoate, and the treatment group was also given Yougui capsule. After a month of treatment,the effective rate,sexual function scores in the PADAM symptom scores（ISS scores）, serum testosterone （T） level,estradiol （E2） level were determined,and the safety was evaluated. Results ：After the treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group（83.33%） was higher than that in the control group （63.34%）（P〈0.05）. And the ISS scores in the treatment group more significantly decreased than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,while the T level was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）,and E2 level more significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. There was no adverse events. Conclusion：Yougui capsule combined with small dose of testosterone can effectively relieve sexual dysfunction in patients with PADAM of kidney yang deficiency,and can increase the level of sex hormones with high safety.
