养血止痛丸联合针刺夹脊穴对单开门椎管成形术后轴性症状的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨养血止痛丸联合针刺夹脊穴治疗颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形术后轴性症状(AS)的疗效。方法 :73例术后出现轴性症状的患者,随机分为A组(口服养血止痛丸+针刺夹脊穴)和B组(口服神经妥乐平片),治疗3个月。运用VAS疼痛视觉模拟评分法于治疗1 d、1个月、3个月、6个月评定疼痛改善状况。结果:治疗1个月,B组VAS评分优于A组(P<0.05);治疗3个月,两组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月,两组比较A组总有效率82.4%优于B组的60.0%(P<0.05)。结论 :养血止痛丸联合针刺夹脊穴治疗轴性症状安全有效,且中远期疗效优于神经妥乐平。Objective：To investigate the effect of Yangxue Zhitong pill combined with needling at Jiaji points on the treatment of axial symptoms（AS） after single door laminoplasty. Methods：There were 73 patients with postoperative axial symptoms divided into group A（oral administration of Yangxue Zhitong pill and needling at Jiaji point） and group B（oral administration of neurotropin）,3 months as one treatment course. The visual analogue scale（VAS） was applied to evaluate the relief of pain 1 day,1 month,3 months and 6 months af- ter treatment. Results：One month after treatment,the VAS score in group B was better than that in group A（P〈0.05）. Three months after treatment,no statistical difference was found between the two groups on VAS score（P〉0.05）. Six months after treatment,the total effective rate was 82.4% in group A,and in group B was 60%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Oral administration of Yangxue Zhitong pill com- bined with needling at Jiaji point is safe and effective for AS,and its long term effect is better than neu- rotropin.
