摘　　要：张志远教授擅长治疗胃脘痛,疗效显著。其经验认为,胃脘痛不能单纯治胃,胃脏出现问题多与肝、脾和肺三脏有关,肝阴虚、脾阳虚或肺气郁结,都会使胃的气机阻滞,进而导致胃失和降。因此主张从肝、脾和肺脏入手,通过滋肝、清肝,益气健脾,润肺解郁,从而和中养胃,行气止痛,以愈胃脘痛。Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan specializes in the treatment of stomachache with satisfactory effect. He holds that to treat stomachache,not only the stomach should be treated for this disease is related with the liver,spleen and lungs. Liver yin deficiency,spleen yang deficiency and lung qi stagnation all can cause qi blockage in the stomach,finally lead to the stomach failing to descend. So Professor ZHANG advocates that the treatment for stomachache should aim at liver,spleen and lungs by nourishing liver and removing heat from the liver,replenishing qi and invigorating the spleen,and moistening lung and relieving depression. Thus,by doing that,the stomach will be nourished and the middle will be harmonized to promote qi circula- tion and relieve pain ,and the stomachache could be cured.
