摘  要:目的 :考察骨碎补微乳涂膜剂体外透皮效果及安全性。方法 :以柚皮苷作为骨碎补的指标成分,经药物透皮扩散试验仪操作,HPLC测定透皮接受液中骨碎补总黄酮的含量并计算其离体透皮速率;用豚鼠进行皮肤急性毒性实验、皮肤刺激性实验和皮肤过敏性实验。结果:微乳涂膜剂较普通涂膜剂,累计渗透量和透皮速率都要多和快,且随有效成分浓度增加,高剂量组微乳涂膜剂增渗效果显著;在实验所用剂量范围内,对动物皮肤无急性毒性,无刺激性,无致敏性。结论:骨碎补微乳涂膜剂体外渗透效果显著,使用安全。Objective:To explore the in vitro percutaneous permeability and safety of Rhizoma Drynariae mi- croemulsion plastics. Methods :Naringin served as the ingredient index for Rhizoma Drynariae ,and drug trans- dermal diffusion test apparatus was applied. The content of total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae was deter- mined by HPLC and the transdermal diffusion rate was calculated. Acute toxicity test,skin irritation test and skin allergy test was performed on Guinea pig. Results:The cumulative diffusion quantity and transdermal absorption rate of mieroemulsion plastics were more and faster than those of the common plastics,and with the increase of concentration of active ingredients,higher dose of microemulsion plastics improved diffusion more obviously. Within the dose range used in the experiments,no acute toxicity,no stimulation and no al- lergy to animal skin. Conclusion :The effect of Rhizoma drynariae microemulsion plastics transdermal diffusion is obvious and is safe in vitro.
