摘　　要：白色萎缩为临床非常少见的慢性、复发性、疼痛性皮肤病,具有较高的误诊率。西医治疗主要采用血管扩张剂、抗凝药和激素等疗法,治疗手段及疗效均不显著,而且容易复发。临床诊治一例白色萎缩患者,辨证归属于中医学脉痹,采用活血化瘀、清热解毒、祛风止痛治则,处方用药,最终取得满意疗效。Atrophic blanche is a chronic,recurrent and painful skin disease that is rarely seen clinically and has a high rate of misdiagnosis. Western medicine treatment of this disease mainly focused on vasodilators anticoagulants and hormone therapy,the treatment method and curative effect are not significant,so the dis- ease is easy to relapse. In this paper,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Atrophic blanche is re- ported. The case is diagnosed as traditional Chinese medicine ＂vessel impediment＂ , treated Activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,clearing heat and removing toxin,expelling wind and relieving pain,which has achieved satisfactory curative effect.
