摘 要:近年来倍受关注的质控图法和稳健统计-迭代法评定测量不确定度都属于Top-down法范畴。分别用质控图法、稳健统计-迭代法和GUM方法评定金属材料里氏硬度测量不确定度。结果表明:采用质控图法和稳健统计-迭代法计算的扩展不确定度基本一致,分别为5HLD和6HLD,用GUM方法评定的基于硬度计最大允许误差和硬度计示值误差的不确定度评定结果分别为16HLD和9HLD。质控图法和稳健统计-迭代法可真实反映实验室在期间精密度测量条件下的测量水平,随着CNAS对实验室质控要求的不断提高,该方法应得到普及。Using quality control chart method and robust statisties-iterative method to evaluate the measurement uncertainty is of great attention in recent years. The method of quality control chart, the robust statistics-iterative method and GUM were used to evaluate the Leeb hardness measurement uncertainty of metal materials. The results show that the expanded uncertainty evaluated by the method of quality control chart and robust statistics-iterative is 5HLD and 6HLD, respectively. The results of 16HLD and 9HLD are obtained with GUM method No.1 and GUM method No.2, respectively. The quality control chart method and robust statisfics-iterative method can reflect the measurement level under the laboratory condition of intermediate precision. With the continuous improvement of CNAS for laboratory quality control requirement, the method should be popularized.
