摘　　要："九一八"事变前满铁附属地中国人公学堂规则历经《盖平公学堂规则》、《南满洲铁道附属地公学堂规则》、《南满洲铁道株式会社公学堂规则》、《南满洲铁道株式会社公学校规则》几次变化和修改,通过对上述《规则》的特点进行分析,可以看到满铁虽然迫于当时形势不得已按照我国的教育制度进行了部分修订,但其主旨仍是为了加强中国人公学堂的自主性,扩大在东北的教育经营,最终更加积极、主动地经营"满洲"。The rules of Chinese public schools in Manchuria railway-attached land during Pre-Mukden Incident Period,experienced several alterations and modifications,such as Gaiping Rules of Public Schools,Rules of Public Schools in Southern Manchuria Railway-attached Land,and Rules of Public Schools in Southern Manchuria Railway Joint-stock company.Through the analysis on the characteristics of these rules,a fact can be uncovered that under the stress of circumstances at that time,these rules were partially modified according to Chinese education system.But the main purpose of these modifications was to strengthen the autonomy of Chinese public schools,expand the management education in Northeast China,and finally run Manchuria actively and effectively.
