摘 要:目的:探讨支原体四环素耐药与养殖业抗性基因污染的相关性。方法:采集渔畜禽类养殖业周边环境部分标本、产品标本和临床分离出的四环素耐药支原体,检测各类标本中的Tet M基因进行比对。结果:支原体对四环素的耐药菌株和中介菌株中均有部分菌株检测到TetM基因存在,检出率分别为82.86%和49.28%;渔畜禽类养殖业环境标本共计60份,TetM基因检出率为95%;渔畜禽类产品食材标本Tet M基因共计检出率为80%。结论:本地区的支原体临床分离株四环素耐药基因Tet M检出率较高,养殖业抗生素的大量使用导致抗性基因对环境的污染情况非常严重,推断可能因为Tet M基因与可移动元件相结合,通过污染环境和食物链整合到人体菌群,包括感染的支原体,导致耐药的发生。Objective To explore the correlation between mycoplasma resistant to tetracycline and the contaminated resistance gene in aquaculture.Methods The environmental samples from surroundings of fishery livestock and poultry breeding industry were collected and tetracycline resistant Mycoplasma was isolated from product and clinical specimens. The TetM gene was detected and compared in all kinds of specimens. Results The TetM gene was detected in some strains of Mycoplasma resistant to tetracycline and some strains in the medium,and the detection rates were 82.86% and 49.28% respectively; the detection rate of Tet M was 95% in the total of 60 environmental specimens and the detection rate of TetM in fishery livestock and poultry samples was 80%.Conclusion The detection rate of Tet M gene in tetracycline resistant Mycoplasma from clinic detected is very high in this region,which may be related to the serious environmental contamination induced by the mass use of antibiotics in aquaculture. It is suggested that the TetM combined with mobile elements may induce drug resistance through contaminating environment and food chain,thereafter integrating into the human flora,including infected mycoplasma.
