桂枝茯苓胶囊联合针灸加运动治疗多囊卵巢综合征

摘　　要：目的:研究桂枝茯苓胶囊联合针灸加运动治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年11月至2016年11月在门诊接受多囊卵巢综合征治疗的患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组(n=55)。对照组患者给予桂枝茯苓胶囊联合针灸治疗,而观察组患者在对照组基础上配合运动进行治疗,疗程均为6个月,分析比较两组患者治疗前后的体质量、腰围、BMI、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、血黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)及雌二醇(E2)水平值的变化情况及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者各项指标均明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗后观察组患者的体质量、腰围、BMI、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖、FSH、LH、T及E2值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合针灸配合运动可以有效降低患者胰岛素及性激素的表达水平,改善其身体状况,适用于多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with acupuncture and exercise in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods During the period of November 2013 to November 2016,110 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were treated in outpatient department. They were randomly divided into the observation group（ 55cases） and the control group（ 55 cases）. The patients in the observation group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with acupuncture and exercise. The patients in the control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule and acupuncture and moxibustion. All the patients were treated for 6 months. The analysis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of body weight,waist circumference,BMI,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,FSH,LH,T,E2 and the clinical curative effect. Results Compared with pre-treatment,all observation parameters of two groups were significantly improved（ P 0. 05 or P 0. 01）. After treatment,the body weight,waist circumference,BMI,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,FSH,LH,T and E2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P0.05）. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with acupuncture and exercise could effectively reduce the expression of insulin and sex hormones,improve patients＇ physical condition,and be suitable for the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
