胆固醇酯转运蛋白水平与冠心病患者血脂指标的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨胆固醇酯转运蛋白(cholesteryl ester transporter,CETP)水平与冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者血脂指标的相关性。方法选取在我院就诊的冠心病患者45例(观察组),并选取同期在本院健康体检者45例(对照组),并测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、ApoA1/ApoB值及CETP。结果观察组CETP水平与对照组对比,无明显差异(P>0.05),但与ApoA1、HDL-C值均呈负相关(P<0.05);对照组ApoA1、HDL-C、ApoA1/ApoB水平均明显高于观察组(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,CETP不是CHD发生独立危险因素。结论 CETP不是CHD发生的独立危险因素,但可通过干预CETP水平来改善血脂情况,为临床冠心病的检测及治疗提供依据。Objective：To investigate the relationship between eholesteryl ester transporter （CETP） and serum lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods： Forty-five patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） in our hospital were selected as the observation group and another 45 patients were in the control and we detected low density lipo- protein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein Cholesterol （HDL-C）, total cholesterol （TC）, very low density lipoprotein cholesterol （VLDL-C）, triglyeeride （TG）, apolipoprotein B （ApoB）, apolipopmtein A1 （ApoA1） APOB values and CETP. Results： The levels of ApoA1, HDL-C and ApoA1/ApoB in control group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）, but the levels of APOA1 and HDL-C were negatively correlated （P 〈 0.05 ）. Multivariate lo- gistic regression analysis showed that CETP was not an independent risk factor for CHD. Conclusion： CETP is not an inde- pendent risk factor for CHD, but it can improve the blood lipid level by intervening CETP, and provide the basis for the de- tection and treatment of coronary heart disease.
