摘  要:目的探讨"8"字钢板临时骨骺阻滞技术在治疗小儿肢体过度生长中的应用及相关并发症的处理。方法 2009年5月至2017年1月,应用"8"字钢板临时骨骺阻滞技术对25例由于肢体过度生长而导致的下肢不等长患儿进行矫治。术后定期拍摄下肢力线片,了解双下肢长度及角度变化。结果上述患儿接受手术治疗时平均年龄为101.2个月,术后平均随访时间为38个月,术前双下肢长度差(LLD)为2.8~8.4 cm(平均4.6 cm),术后LLD为-1.0~4.2 cm(平均1.9 cm),术后LLD较术前平均减少2.7 cm。结论应用"8"字钢板临时骨骺阻滞技术可以有效控制肢体过度生长,且具有创伤小、手术操作简单、作用可控、早期功能训练等优点,但临床治疗中仍应注意严格把握适应证及手术操作要点,减少并发症的发生。Objective To discuss the effectiveness of temporary epiphysiodesis technique by"8"-plate in dealing of leg length discrepancies(LLD) and the treatment of complications. Methods We treated 25 children with limb hypermorphosis by"8"-plate temporary epiphysiodesis technique from May 2009 to January 2017. The radiography of lower limb alignment was performed regularly postoperatively after the operation. Results The average age of the children undergoing the above methods correction surgery was 101.2 months. The mean follow-up time was 38 months postoperatively. The preoperative LLD was 2.8~8.4 cm(mean 4.6 cm), and postoperative LLD was-1.0~4.2cm(mean 1.9 cm). The postoperative LLD decreased by 2.7 cm on average. Conclusion The limb overgrowth can be effectively controlled by"8"-plate temporary epiphysiodesis technique, which has the advantages of small trauma, simple operation, controllable effectiveness, and early functional training. In clinical treatment, we should pay attention to grasp the indications strictly and key points of operation to reduce the occurrence of complications.
