茴香油在动物生产性能及健康方面的研究进展

摘　　要：茴香是一种用途广泛的食用香料,其精油可广泛应用于医学、化妆品和食品添加剂等方面。大量的研究表明,茴香精油具有抑菌、杀菌、抗氧化、促进动物健康、提高动物免疫力等功效。文章对茴香油的生物学功能以及在改善动物生产性能、促进动物健康、提高动物免疫机能等方面进行了系统的阐述,以期为茴香油的开发利用提供科学依据。Anise is a kind of widely used edible spices,its essential oils can be widely used in medicine,cosmetics and food additives and so on. A large number of studies have shown that anise oil has antibacterial, bactericidal, antioxidant, animal health -promoting, animal immunity-improving and other effects. In this paper, the biological function and the improvement of animal production performance, the promotion of animal health and the improvement of animal immune function of anise oil were systematically expounded in order to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of anise oil.
