摘　　要：直流电机具有机械特性较硬的特点,配合直流调速器的驱动能实现密炼机的无极调速,同时具备升降速响应速度快、输出扭矩提升快等特点,很好地满足了密炼机电机驱动的需求。而对炼胶车间这种粉尘较多的工作环境,安萨尔多直流调速器在实际使用中具有较强的适应能力。DC motor which has the characteristics of hard mechanical features can achieve the mixer＇s stepless speed control with the drive of DC speed regulator.At the same time,it has the characteristics of fast response and fast increasement of output torque,and well meet the requirements of mechanical and electrical machine drive of mixer.And in the dusty working environment,the Ansaldo DC governor has a strong adaptability in practical use.
