摘 要:2014年10月15日,从三江平原洪河农场采集到带土的毛薹草(Carex lasiocarpa)样品,并将其现场移栽至实验桶中;2015年5月22日至10月28日,在中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所的温室中,参照水稻田的灌溉、排水规律,在设定的不同水位下,研究新发芽至成熟期的毛薹草的株高和地上部分生物量以及其不同水位下的差异。结果表明,在毛薹草生长初期,干旱(水位-20 cm)和淹水(水位10 cm)条件下的毛薹草株高都显著低于少量缺水(水位0 cm)条件下的株高;经过初期灌溉的毛薹草的株高显著高于未经过初期灌溉的毛薹草;灌溉周期短的毛薹草的株高和生物量显著高于灌溉周期长的毛薹草;7月之后,充足的水分供应促进毛薹草株高的增加;相对缺水的条件有利于毛薹草生物量的积累。By reference to the irrigation and drainage patterns of rice fields, the heights and aboveground bio- mass of Carex lasiocarpa, obtained from Honghe River Farm in the Sanjiang Plain, Heilongjiang province, un- der different water levels were measured in the greenhouse of Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecol- ogy, Chinese Academy of Sciences during May 22 to October 28, 2015. The results showed that the heights and biomass of Carex lasiocarpa at water level -20 cm (water deficit) and 10 cm (waterlogged) were signifi- cantly lower than those at water level 0 cm (water shortage ) during the early growth phases of Carex lasiocar- pa. The heights of Carex lasiocarpa with initial irrigation were significantly higher than those without initial ir- rigation. The heights and biomass with short irrigation cycles were significantly higher than those with long ir- rigation cycles. After July, the heights of Carex lasiocarpa increased under sufficient water conditions; and the water shortage conditions was good for the accumulation of biomass of Carex lasiocarpa.
