新农人与农业技术传播体系整合研究

摘　　要：我国农业技术传播体系受到体制机制、队伍素质、推广理念、基础条件等多种因素影响,导致了"最后一公里"问题。本研究选取57名新农人作为研究对象,进行深度访谈和实地调查。研究发现,新农人拥有较强的能动性,通过农业实践形成了"行动者系统",构建了农业技术创新主体、推广主体、乡土专家、传统农民的合作网络,新农人成为各类主体信息互动交流的中介。新农人作为行动者嵌入了传统农业技术传播体系,虽然不以农业技术推广为主要任务,却整合了各类主体,拓展了合作领域。新农人不仅自身成为我国现代农业发展的重要力量,同时也正在带动传统农民转型。Because of the influence of the system mechanism, the quality of the team, the popularization idea and the basic condition, the agricultural technology communication system of our country leads to the＂ last kilometer＂ problem. In this paper, 57 new farmers were selected as the subjects of the study for in-depth interview and field investigation. The study found that the new farmers have a strong initiative. They formed the＂ ac- tor system＂ through the agricultural practice and established the cooperative network of agricultural technology innovation subject, the promotion of the main body, local experts and traditional farmers. The new farmers have become the intermediary of a variety of main information interactive communication. New farmers act as actors embedded in the traditional agricultural technology communication system. Although they do not take promoting agricultural technology as the main task, they effectively integrate various subjects and expand the field of cooperation. The new farmer not only has become the important force of the modem agriculture development in our country, but is also driving the traditional peasant transformation.
