摘　　要：介绍了成形摩托车磁电机飞轮壳体采用的多级拉伸、冲多孔等冲压工艺和相应的模具结构 ,以及应用中应注意的问题 ,避免了采用机械切削加工方法 ,保证了零件质量 ,提高了生产效率。The stamping technologies such as multi-step drawing and multi-hole piercing used for forming the shell of the flywheel of the magnetic motor of the motorcycle were introduced. And the corresponding die structure and the points needing attention in application were stated. Mechanical processing method was avoided. The quality is ensured and the production efficiency is increased.
