舒适护理对小儿轻症手足口病康复效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理对小儿轻症手足口病康复效果的影响。方法 400例轻症手足口病患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组200例。对照组患儿使用常规护理方式,观察组患儿使用舒适护理方式。比较两组患儿的护理满意度以及住院时间。结果观察组患儿的住院时间(4.5±1.2)d短于对照组(5.3±1.7)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的护理满意度为96%,高于对照组的85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿轻症手足口病实施舒适护理,能够有效的促进患儿的康复,提高护理满意度,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing on rehabilitation of children with mild hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods A total of 400 children with mild hand-foot-mouth disease as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 200 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing method, and the observation group received comfort nursing method. Comparison were made on nursing satisfaction degree and hospitalization time in two groups. Results The observation group had shorter hospitalization time as（4.5±1.2） d than（5.3±1.7） d in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction degree as 96% than 85% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively promote rehabilitation of children with mild hand-foot-mouth disease and improve nursing satisfaction degree. So it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
