摘  要:将有机硅材料引入到紫外光固化树脂中,实现涂料树脂功能化。通过丙烯酸(AA)和端环氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ω-EpPDMS)发生环氧开环以及异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、丙烯酸羟乙酯和开环产物的扩链反应,成功制备了有机硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯紫外光固化树脂(PDMS-PUA),分别采用了SEC、FTIR和—NCO含量滴定等手段对反应过程和产物结构进行监控和表征。所制备的PDMS-PUA树脂具有较好的光固化活性,双键转化率可以达到80%;在涂料中应用性能好,和配方中其他材料的相容性好,不影响光泽度,可以有效地降低涂膜收缩,改善耐黄变和耐老化性,提高耐水和耐沾污性,但会一定程度降低涂膜的硬度和耐醇性。Funetionalization of coatings resin was achieved by introducing the silicone materials into UV-curing resin. In this paper, a polyurethane UV-curing resin modified by PDMS (PDMS-PUA) was successfully prepared by the epoxy ring-opening reaction of acrylic acid AA and epoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (w-EpPDMS) and the chain-extension reaction of isophorone diisocyante (1PD1), 2-hydroethyl acylate (HEA) and ring-opening products. The reaction process and structure of product were monitored and characterized by SEC, FTtR and NCO content titration. The PDMS-PUA resin had high UN-curing reactivity, where the conversion ratio of double-bond could be up to 80%. The resin was compatible with the other materials of the coatings with good application performance. The PDMS-PUA resin couldn't affect the film gloss but improved the film shrink, yellowing resistance and ageing resistance and could also reduce hardness and alcohol scrub resistance of the film to a certain extent.
