摘  要:目的观察原发性高血压患者外周血巨噬细胞清道夫受体-1(macrophage scavenger receptor 1,MSR1)的基因表达,初步探讨其与原发性高血压易感性之间的关系。方法用逆转录聚合酶链反应法分别检测原发性高血压组和对照组外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMC)中MSR1的信使RNA(mRNA)表达。结果与对照组比较,原发性高血压组患者PBMC中MSR1 mRNA表达显著增高(P<0.001)。logistic回归分析表明,MSR1的基因高表达水平是原发性高血压最具有预示性的危险因素(OR=14.006,P<0.001)结论 MSR1可能参与了原发性高血压的病理生理过程,PBMC的MSR1 mRNA表达上调可能是原发性高血压的风险因素之一。[Objective]To observe the expression level of macrophage scavenger receptor 1(MSR1) gene in peripheral blood cells of patients with essential hypertension,explore the relationship between it and susceptibility of essential hypertension.[Methods]The expression levels of MSR1 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)in essential hypertension group and control group were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.[Results] The expression level of MSR1 mRNA in PBMC of essential hypertension group was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed that increased expression level of MSR1 gene was the most predictive independent risk factor for essential hyper-tension(OR=14.006,P0.001).[Conclusion]MSR1 may be involved in the pathophysiological process of essential hypertension,and increased expression level of MSR1 in PBMC may be one of the risk factors of essential hypertension.
